I've been using this on my 14-inch laptop for a few weeks, and I've noticed a significant reduction in eye strain when working late. It also helps with glare when I'm working near a window. The matte finish is nice. The only reason for 4 stars is that it slightly affects the sharpness of the screen, but it's a trade-off I'm willing to accept.
